Preparation:
Boil the rice noodles for 4-5 minutes and then drain in a sieve. Set aside.
Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until it has changed color. Season with soy sauce and black pepper and set aside.
Mix together the sauce of soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar and sesame oil.
Heat a little oil in a pan and lightly fry the garlic, ginger and chili pepper. Then add the cabbage, onion and carrot strips to the pan and stir-fry them quickly. Add the pre-cooked noodles and fried minced meat to the pan. Pour in the sauce and stir-fry everything together for a few minutes.
When serving, add chopped green onions, nori flakes and sesame seeds. Drizzle with more unagi sauce to taste.
