You will need:

Young, bright green cabbage with a crunchy leaves is very delicious when lightly stir-fried in a pan and combined with egg noodles and minced meat. With this stir-fried dish, you can be sure that there will be no leftovers and it will be enjoyed by both old and young. You can add a burst of flavor to the noodle dish with a rich unagi sauce, which you can simply drizzle over the finished dish.

Preparation:

Boil the rice noodles for 4-5 minutes and then drain in a sieve. Set aside. 

Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until it has changed color. Season with soy sauce and black pepper and set aside. 

Mix together the sauce of soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar and sesame oil. 

Heat a little oil in a pan and lightly fry the garlic, ginger and chili pepper. Then add the cabbage, onion and carrot strips to the pan and stir-fry them quickly. Add the pre-cooked noodles and fried minced meat to the pan. Pour in the sauce and stir-fry everything together for a few minutes. 

When serving, add chopped green onions, nori flakes and sesame seeds. Drizzle with more unagi sauce to taste.
